    At Funny Morning, each Snow Globe Glass Cup is carefully handmade and inspected to ensure quality. Due to the custom and delicate nature of this product, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

    Returns & Eligibility:
    • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives defective or damaged
    • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issue
    • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund

    Return Process:
    • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue at funny.morning.official@gmail.com
    • Once your return is approved, you will be required to send the defective item back to us - we will send a return label

    Resolution Options:
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer one of the following:
    • A replacement of the same product, or
    • A full refund to your original payment method

    Important Notes:
    • Items that are damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for return

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
